2015 TASH Conference has ended
This year’s theme, “Celebrating 40 Years of Progressive Leadership,” acknowledges TASH’s 40 years of generating change within the disability community and anticipates a brighter, more inclusive future for people with disabilities in all aspects of life. Each year, the TASH Conference impacts the disability field by connecting attendees to innovative information and resources, facilitating connections between stakeholders within the disability movement, and helping attendees reignite their passion for an inclusive world.

Rooted in Rights

Booth 22
Rooted in Rights aims to create high quality creative multimedia projects and apply cutting edge social media strategies to advance issues important to the disability rights community.

We provide a wide range of creative services and content strategy consulting to disability rights organizations and other groups that share our priorities. We serve as the creative services agency that helps organizations develop content and strategize ways to get their messages to their audiences.

Services include:

Video production and post-production
Animation
Photography
Report Layout and Design
Creative posts for Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
Brand design
Social media curation
Distribution and promotion of content

Rooted in Rights, unlike commercial companies that offer similar creative services, employs a staff of people who are both creative professionals AND disability rights advocates. We are dedicated to the issues we make content about, speak the language of the disability rights movement, and are fully versed in making creative content universally accessible. We don’t require the kind of ground up training other creative professional would need in order to communicate respectfully and effectively. And, because we are non-profit, we are able to offer more affordable services, an important factor when attracting non-profit clients who don’t have extravagant budgets.

Contact us at info@rootedinrights.org to discuss your next creative project.

Rooted in Rights is a project of Disability Rights Washington, a private, 501(c) nonprofit that serves as the federally-mandated protection and advocacy system for Washington state.
