Pennsylvania has been working to help teams use data to create comprehensive inclusive systems. The Optimized Inclusive Practices (OIP) Framework and Assessment Tools drive positive change in inclusive practices at the district, school, classroom, and student levels. PaTTAN and Keystone implemented a pilot study to determine the efficacy of the OIP Framework, Assessment Tools and related collaborative processes to self-assess and create action plans that lead to improved inclusive practices.
