Limited Capacity seats available

In Multnomah County, we've been focused on building capacity in our community to support all children in typical settings. One barrier to successful inclusion of all children can sometimes be challenging behavior. In this session, we will describe the work we've been doing in Multnomah County (Portland, OR) to support implementation of Early Childhood Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (ECPBIS) throughout the county in order to maintain children in inclusive settings. OBJECTIVES: Participants will understand how Multnomah County has put together a team to guide county implementation of ECPBIS and be able to support implementation in their counties. Participants will get a brief overview of ECPBIS strategies and understand how these strategies support inclusion of all children in typical settings.
