Build Inclusion
Executive Director
Kentucky
Let’s talk about Competitive, Integrated Employment! I am ED of a Kentucky non-profit which specializes in Traditional and Customized Employment for young adults including those transitioning from high school. We use Pre-Employment Transition Services as a way to build relationships and identify students who may otherwise not receive services. We work in a cross-disability environment, both in schools and in the community. We’ve got a great team! I’m also mom to 2 cool kids, ages 14 and 12. As a parent advocate for my 14-year old daughter I bring a unique outlook to the provider world. In addition to provider, and mom, I consider myself an ally to individuals with disabilities and advocate on a local, state and federal level. Hope to meet you at the conference!
